International conference, organised by the CEE Bankwatch Network, the Polish Green Network, the Heinrich Boell Foundation and the Polish Climate Coalition, took place on the 24th May 2011, in Warsaw, and gathered many interesting guests.

One of the priorities chosen by Poland's government for its Presidency is to improve EU's external energy policy, which, among others, can help to improve its energy security. Is it only the diversification of the supply and transit routes? Does it respect other main EU policies – climate protection and development cooperation at the same time? - Those and other issues were discussed by the key speakers and other participants.
