At the meeting of the Senate Committee on National Economy, which took place on Wednesday 28 July participants discussed the problems of conservation and rational management of resource reserves in the context of the New Law on Geological and Mining and the disclosure of potential gas resources in unconventional reservoirs on Polish territory.
     

On 22nd June 2010 the Climate Coalition and the Polish Institute of International Affairs organized the debate "Polish Priorities in international climate negotations - how achieve goals and take care of Poland's reputation". Representatives of the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan (PKPP Lewiatan) and the Climate Coalition spoke off.
     

Check the Energy [R]evolution Scenario which provides a practical blueprint for the world’s renewable energy future. The report was developed in conjunction with specialists from the Institute of Technical Thermodynamics at the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) and more than 30 scientists and engineers from universities, institutes and the renewable energy industry around the world.     

On 25th May 2010 Climate Coalition organized a press conference “Development Action Plan for Renewable Energy Resources - Needed for yesterday!”. Robert Cyglicki (Greenpeace), Katarzyna Michałowska-Knap (Institute for Renewable Energy), Małgorzata Krzyżanowska (Department of the Environment, Marshals Office of Mazovian Voivodship) and Zbigniew Karaczun (Polish Ecological Club - Mazovian Branch) presented their opinions about the progress of work on the Action Plan.
     

On 27th April the Senate Committee on Environment and the Institute for Sustainable Development organized a conference „Climate Protection as a Chance for the Economy and Society”.
     

The ceremony of finalizing “Media with climate” competition for journalists organized by Polish Ecological Club Mazovian Branch on behalf of Climate Coalition took place on 3rd March. Representatives of media, public authorities and NGOs gathered together in KOM restaurant in Warsaw to be presented with the results. The competition took place under the auspices of Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, the Mayor of the City of Warsaw.
